Bow Echo LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pitip for personal, lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app.
Pitip is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. By downloading or using the app, you also agree to the applicable terms of service of those platforms. In the event of any conflict, those marketplace terms govern the purchase and download transaction.
Pitip is provided for convenience only. All tip amounts, totals, and per-person figures are estimates. You should verify all amounts before paying. Pitip should not be your sole basis for any financial decision.
Results produced by Pitip may vary depending on your chosen settings, including rounding mode, split count, pre-tax mode, and target total. Always review the result on screen before paying or splitting a bill.
Pitip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bow Echo LLC makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any calculation produced by the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bow Echo LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on Pitip, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may not use Pitip for any unlawful, illegal, or harmful purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the app.
If you encounter a calculation error or unexpected behavior, please report it to [email protected]. Include the bill amount, tip percentage, your active settings (split count, rounding mode, pre-tax mode), device model, and app version. Screenshots are helpful.
Bow Echo LLC may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Pitip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
